Pip first came to us years ago when he was riding his Grandfather’s Woodrup and it needed some servicing. Unfortunately, the downtube went and the frame was retired. We built a replacement bike for Pip at the time using the parts off the Woodrup and an Emperor Sport frame. Now though the original Campagnolo parts from his Grandfather’s Woodrup have been returned to a Woodrup frame! We helped Pip find the frame and then got it repainted and restored with correct Woodrup decals. We were able to fit most of the original Campagnolo parts, (chainset, pedals, derailleurs and seatpost) along with the original Brooks saddle to which we matched some new Brooks bar tape. New IRD freewheel, KMC chain and Jagwire cables finished the build of. We think it looks spectacular and like all good Woodrups it rides bloody nice!
